GTA 6 launch is getting closer: In-game radio stations, first-person view and more updates you should expect

Rockstar Games has announced six radio stations and on-demand podcasts for GTA 6, which players can reportedly enjoy while driving or exploring.

The official GTA VI collection includes T-shirts, caps, a keychain, a money clip and a Zippo lighter, while three new screenshots showcase the game's visuals.

An alleged 25-minute GTA 6 gameplay video reportedly reveals character details and first-person exploration. However, the claims remain unverified.

Rockstar Games will unveil Grand Theft Auto 6 on November 19 this year. While we are a few weeks away from the official release, the rumour mill churns out details about the game via diverse leaks and speculation. Beyond the rumours, the game maker also unveiled three new official updates concerning GTA 6.

Take-Two Interactive-owned company announced new collectables and the music for GTA 6, including six radio stations and podcasts. Plus, three additional screenshots hint at insane ray tracing implementation. For more context, here is a compilation of the notable GTA 6 updates this week.

GTA VI radio stations

Grand Theft Auto 6 will have the widest range of in-game radio stations. For the first time, the series will get on-demand podcasts. These can be listened to while driving or travelling in vehicles in the game or while walking with headphones. The announced stations include Cocoteo FM, Back Country Radio, AfroBank FM, The Chamber 106.6, Flash FM and Dirty South Classics.

Grand Theft Auto VI Collection will be available on the Rockstar Store. The catalogue includes cotton tees in pink, black and blue featuring the logo of GTA VI or Rockstar Games. The Goodtime State Gear tees feature characters from Macca the Gator, Leonida’s hit TV show. Besides apparel, the collectables include cotton caps, a keychain, a money clip and a Zippo lighter, all featuring Grand Theft Auto or Rockstar Games elements.

Rockstar Games has also revealed three new screenshots, giving us a view of the game’s day and nightlife. The images present intricate reflections and shadows of in-game elements such as cars, NPCs and more.

GTA VI leaked gameplay video

Leakster Cyberleek reportedly leaked 25-minute alleged gameplay footage of GTA 6 recently. According to IGN, the gameplay is claimed to show Jason potentially naked and Lucia in only bikini bottoms alongside other NPCs. Secondly, a first-person view for driving and exploration has been tipped.

However, these might not be possible in the officially released version of the game since the clip is said to be a developer-altered version. But a recent age-rating leak claimed the game could have an age rating, which could imply some form of 18+ elements in GTA 6.
