There is currently no official OTT release date of The Odyssey. Reports suggest that the film could become available on JioHotstar after completing its run in theatres. The Odyssey tells the story of Odysseus, an aging king played by Matt Damon. After fighting in the Trojan War, Odysseus begins a long journey back to his home in Ithaca. However, returning home is not easy. During his journey, Odysseus faces dangerous enemies, difficult battles and several other challenges. He must survive these obstacles before he can finally reunite with his family.
The movie also follows Odysseus’ son, Telemachus, played by Tom Holland. With his father away, Telemachus has the responsibility of protecting their home and dealing with the problems that arise in his absence.
