Obsession is a psychological horror movie directed by Curry Barker. The plot concerns Bear, the music store worker, who suffers from the complicated emotions that have arisen between him and his coworker, Nikki. Something bizarre occurs, as Bear comes across an odd shop, which offers its visitors a very unusual product, the One Wish Willow, that can make all dreams of its buyer come true. Nevertheless, despite all the warnings not to make wishes, he wished that Nikki would be madly in love with him. The wish comes true, but it turns his world into something unsettling as her love becomes intense and frightening. Bear must face the consequences of his choice and overwhelming emotional cost alone.
Obsession was originally scheduled to premiere on OTT on June 2. However, the makers postponed its digital release due to its strong performance at the box office. According to recent reports, the film is now expected to arrive on Amazon Prime Video on June 25.
If you prefer watching it from the comfort of your home, you will have to wait a little longer. Moreover, you should have an active subscription to Amazon Prime to watch the film.
