Delhi Crime Season 3

Delhi Crime Season 3 takes inspiration from the real-life Baby Falak case and plunges into the dark world of human trafficking. The season begins with the discovery of an injured baby in a Delhi hospital, triggering DIG Vartika Chaturvedi’s (Shefali Shah) most challenging investigation yet. As she searches for the baby’s missing mother, Vartika and her team uncover a sprawling trafficking network that stretches from Delhi to Assam and Rohtak. Women are commodified, sold into North India’s bride markets or pushed into the sex trade under a ruthless empire led by Meena aka “Badi Didi” (Huma Qureshi).

The narrative explores systemic failures, corruption, and the chilling reality of how lives are traded under false promises of opportunity. It’s a tense, socially resonant thriller that tests the moral fiber of law enforcement while exposing uncomfortable truths hiding in plain sight. Directed by Tanuj Chopra, the season spans six episodes and features returning cast members Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, and Jaya Bhattacharya alongside new faces like Sayani Gupta and Mita Vashisht.
