Waiting Hai

Waiting Hai is a Hindi scam-dramedy series that revolves around a massive railway Tatkal ticket racket. The story follows Sugam Mishra, a newly recruited Railway Protection Force (RPF) officer, who begins investigating how ticket agents consistently manage to secure confirmed railway reservations while ordinary travelers remain stuck on waiting lists.

As Sugam digs deeper, he uncovers a sophisticated network built around Afroz Hamza, a talented but socially awkward computer expert who creates software capable of securing Tatkal tickets at extraordinary speed. What starts as a personal project soon evolves into a lucrative illegal business run with the help of his uncle, known as Mama, leading to a large-scale ticketing scam.

The series unfolds as a cat-and-mouse chase between the determined railway officer and the masterminds behind the racket.
