Yeh Dil Aashiqanaa follows the love story of Karan and Pooja, college students in Pune whose romance takes a dark turn when Pooja’s flight to Mumbai is hijacked by terrorists. Unbeknownst to her, the hijacking is orchestrated by her own brother Vijay, who is secretly involved with terrorist leader Akhmash Jalal, and he doesn’t realize his sister is on board.
Karan bravely rescues Pooja and the passengers, killing the hijackers and becoming a national hero, but this act earns him the deadly enmity of Akhmash and Vijay. As the couple plans to escape together, they’re captured by the terrorists, who demand the release of their leader, in exchange for the young lovers’ lives.
The story culminates in an intense showdown where Karan battles the terrorists, ultimately leading to their defeat and reuniting him with Pooja. Yeh Dil Aashiqanaa is returning in theaters this Valentine's week on 13 February 2026.
