Sampradayini Suppini Suddapoosani is a dark crime comedy set in a rural village, centred on Sriram, an upright and honest panchayat secretary known for refusing bribes and sticking to his principles. His orderly life with his sharp‑tongued wife, Uttara and their mischievous son is turned upside down when a police officer is mysteriously found dead inside their home.
The situation becomes even more complicated when Sriram discovers that the death may have been caused accidentally by his own son. Forced into a moral dilemma, the once‑principled official finds himself attempting to cover up the crime to protect his family, triggering a chain of chaotic events. 
As the authorities begin closing in, the family embarks on a frantic road journey filled with misadventures, misunderstandings, and darkly comic twists.
