ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా అత్యధికంగా వినియోగించబడే షోషల్ మీడియా Facebook మరియు చాటింగ్ యాప్ Whatsapp రెండు కూడా ఒక్కసారిగా పనిచెయ్యడం మానేశాయి. భారతీయ కాలమానం ప్రకారం 9 గంటల సమయంలో వినియోగదారులు వారు పంపిస్తున్న మెసేజిలు మరియు చాటింగ్ ఎదుటి వారికీ చేరడం లేదనే విషయాన్ని గమనించారు. వెంటనే ఈ విషయాన్ని రిపోర్ట్ చేశారు. ఇది కేవలం వారి ఒక్కరికే జరిగి ఉండవచ్చని కొందరు భావించారు.
