Samsung has teased the ‘evolution’ of the Bespoke AI WindFree air conditioner lineup in the Indian market. The brand hasn’t revealed if we can expect entirely new models or iterative updates to the existing lineup. The teaser suggests more AI-driven performance, efficiency, connectivity and features on this lineup. If you are looking for smart ACs to complement your smart home ambitions, read on to know what we know:
Samsung shared the teaser under the message ‘The future of AI AC is coming’, positioning the upcoming range as a step forward from conventional inverter air conditioners.
According to the brand, the Bespoke AI WindFree lineup will include:
Meanwhile, at CES 2026, the company showcased the new WindFree Pro air conditioner, which uses AI and an upgraded airflow system to offer more personalised cooling. It features three blades instead of one, enabling airflow in multiple directions and supporting seven wind modes. These include Max Wind for faster cooling, Surround Wind for even air distribution, Long Reach Wind for extended airflow, and Down Wind for quicker cooling by pushing warm air downward.
WindFree Pro AC also features Radar-based AI Direct and Indirect Wind modes that detect user presence and adjust airflow automatically for better comfort. It has AI Fast and Comfort Cooling that analyses temperature, humidity and room size to select the most suitable cooling mode, including fast cooling, WindFree comfort or dry comfort. And all of these can run efficiently with AI Energy Mode that adapts to usage patterns and external conditions to stabilise compressor operation and cut energy use by up to 30%.
Samsung’s WindFree technology has been part of its premium air conditioner portfolio in India for several years, focusing on comfort without harsh airflow. The new Bespoke AI iteration could add deeper AI-based optimisation and tighter integration with SmartThings, reflecting the broader industry shift towards intelligent, connected appliances.
In recent seasons, air conditioner brands in India have increasingly emphasised energy efficiency, predictive maintenance and app-based control, driven by higher electricity costs and growing smart home adoption. Samsung’s teaser suggests that AI-led automation and personalised cooling will be central to its 2026 AC strategy.
