The Samsung Galaxy S26 series is one of the biggest smartphone launches of the year. According to reports, the lineup is expected to include the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra, with all three models said to bring notable upgrades in camera capabilities and overall performance. Alongside the smartphones, Samsung is also expected to unveil the Galaxy Buds 4 series at the same Unpacked event. Samsung is yet to make an official announcement about its next flagship smartphones, but a new leak has now given us a clearer picture of when the Galaxy S26 series and the Galaxy Buds 4 lineup could launch.

Samsung Galaxy S26 series and Buds 4 lineup launch date

Reliable tipster Evan Blass has shared what looks like an official Samsung teaser image. The image mentions the launch date clearly. According to the image, the next Galaxy Unpacked event is scheduled for February 25, 2026. Earlier leaks suggest that the new devices will go on sale starting March 11. It’s important to note that Samsung has not officially confirmed these details yet.

Samsung Galaxy S26 specifications

The Samsung Galaxy S26 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED 2X display with a FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the handset is said to run on the Exynos 2600 chipset, paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. Furthermore, the device is rumoured to pack a 4,300 mAh battery with 25W charging support and 15W wireless charging support. For photography, the Galaxy S26 could house a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide lens and a 12MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus specifications

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus is said to sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to feature the same Exynos chipset as the Galaxy S26, along with similar storage and RAM configuration. It could equip a 4,900 mAh battery with 45W charging support. There might be support for Qi2 wireless charging and reverse wireless charging as well.

In terms of optics, the Galaxy S26 Plus is rumoured to feature a triple camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. For selfies, there could be a 12MP camera.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra specifications

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to offer a 6.9-inch AMOLED 2X display with a QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. It could pack a 5,400 mAh battery with 60W charging support.

For photography, the Galaxy S26 Ultra could feature a 200MP main, 50MP ultrawide, a 12MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom and a 50MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom. For selfies, there could be a 12MP front-facing camera.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, S26 Plus and S26 price in India

The standard Samsung Galaxy S26 is expected to be priced at around Rs 82,999. The Galaxy S26 Plus is said to be priced at Rs 99,999, while the top-end Galaxy S26 Ultra could be priced at approximately Rs 1,32,999.
