Apple is preparing up for a very busy 2026, with rumors suggesting the company could announce more than 20 new products this year. While fans can expect the usual updates to iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches, there are also rumours of entirely new devices. Among the most talked-about products are a smart home hub with a more personalised Siri, a foldable iPhone, and even a lower-cost MacBook. With so many potential launches, 2026 could be one of the most exciting years in Apple’s recent history. According to MacRumors, here’s what to expect from the iPhone-maker this year.
Apple is expected to release several products before June. The iPhone 17e is rumoured to feature an A19 chip, MagSafe, and a Dynamic Island. iPads are also likely to get faster chips, with the iPad Air moving from the M3 to M4 chip, and the standard iPad upgrading to the A18 or A19 chip.
Macs are expected to see updates as well. The MacBook Pro could receive M5 Pro and M5 Max chips with faster SSD support, while the MacBook Air may get an M5 chip. Apple is also rumoured to launch a lower-cost MacBook with an A18 Pro chip and fun colour options, along with an updated Mac Studio and Studio Display featuring brighter displays, higher refresh rates, and improved chips.
A major addition may be Apple’s new smart home hub. This device is expected to feature a 6-7 inch display, the upgraded Siri, FaceTime, and an A18 chip for Apple Intelligence. Alongside it, Apple could release a HomeKit-enabled security camera.

Later in the year, Apple may introduce the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max with an A20 Pro chip, improved cameras, and even satellite-based web browsing. A highly anticipated foldable iPhone could also arrive, offering a 7.7-inch inner display, 5.3-inch outer display, Touch ID, and dual cameras.
Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 are expected to get new chips and design updates, possibly including Touch ID. A redesigned MacBook Pro with an OLED display, touch screen, and built-in cellular connectivity could also debut. Higher-end AirPods Pro 3 may add infrared cameras for advanced AI features.

There are also rumours of Apple Glasses, a Face ID-enabled doorbell, and a new iPad mini with A19 Pro or A20 Pro chip.
