Canva Down: If you’re having trouble using Canva right now, you’re not alone. The popular photo and video editing platform is currently experiencing disruptions. Many users are seeing error messages such as “Connection timed out” “The initial connection between Cloudflare’s network and the origin web server timed out.”
Canva has acknowledged the issue on its official status page. “We’re aware of an issue where users are unable to access Canva and are encountering timeout errors when attempting to load the platform.” The company added, “Our engineering team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.”
On Downdetector, a popular outage monitoring website, over 1,300 users in India have reported the issue. Several users even headed to X (formerly Twitter) to express their frustration.

Update: Canva is now working fine. In an update, Canva posted on X, “We had a downtime earlier, but everything’s up and running again. Feel free to clear your browser’s cookies and cache to refresh the connection. We appreciate your patience!”
