Touch Me Not is a Telugu crime thriller series with a supernatural twist. The story revolves around a teenager named Rishi, who possesses the unique ability of psychometry. This ability allows him to learn details about a person or event just by touching objects connected to them. As Rishi uses his abilities to help solve a chilling serial killer case, he and his team face deadly consequences for uncovering the truth. The series stars Dheekshith Shetty in his first Telugu role, alongside Navdeep, and is directed by Ramana Teja. A devastating fire at Maruthi Apartments connects Raghav and Rishi. Years later, while assisting Devika in investigating a hospital fire with his psychometry, Rishi encounters Megha.

Rishi and Megha expose a corrupt teacher, while Raghav tracks a key witness in the Godavari Hospital fire. When Megha's past is revealed, Rishi offers her help, but she shuts him out.

3 years later, Rishi reunites with Megha and discovers a body in a suitcase. Meanwhile, Raghav, still haunted by a witness's murder, notices a hooded figure lurking nearby.

Raghav seeks Megha's help to enhance Rishi's psychometry. Rishi notices a hooded stalker following Raghav and decides to follow him in return.

As Rishi recovers, Megha assists him in refining his psychometry skills. The victim of the suitcase murder has been identified, and it is linked to a previous case.
