A guilt-ridden man named Aruku confesses to the murder of elephants and reveals the involvement of a powerful ivory smuggling ring. The Kerala forest department launches an investigation led by Field Director Neel Bannerjee, Range Officer Mala Jogi, and computer programmer Alan.
Neel and Mala track down a poacher named Ravi, who leads them to a local politician named Rajan, who is involved in the ivory trade. Alan hacks into Rajan’s phone and finds evidence of his connection to a Delhi-based art dealer named Vikram.
Neel and Mala go undercover as buyers and meet Vikram, who offers them a rare piece of ivory. They manage to plant a bug in his office and learn that he is working for a mysterious boss named K. Alan traces K’s location to a farmhouse in Delhi.
Neel and Mala raid the farmhouse and find a secret storehouse of ivory, but K escapes. They also discover that K is a woman named Kavya, who is the daughter of a former forest officer named Prakash, who was killed by poachers.
Neel and Mala learn that Prakash was a mentor to Neel and that he had a falling out with him over his involvement in a controversial project to relocate elephants. They also find out that Kavya blames Neel for her father’s death and that she is seeking revenge by funding the poaching activities.
Neel and Mala track down Kavya’s accomplice, a corrupt forest officer named Rana, who is in charge of the relocation project. They confront him and force him to reveal Kavya’s whereabouts. They also rescue a group of elephants that were captured by Rana and his men.
Neel and Mala reach Kavya’s hideout, where they find Aruku, who has been tortured by Kavya. They engage in a shootout with Kavya and her henchmen, but Kavya manages to flee with a truck full of ivory. Neel and Mala chase after her, but Kavya sets a trap for them and causes their car to crash.
Neel and Mala survive the crash and continue their pursuit of Kavya, who is heading to the airport to escape the country. They catch up with her and have a final confrontation, where Neel tries to reason with Kavya and convince her to surrender. Kavya refuses and shoots Neel, but Mala shoots her back and kills her. Neel is rushed to the hospital and survives. The ivory smuggling ring is exposed and the forest department is hailed as heroes.
