Muthassi is a Malayalam horror drama set in a remote village near the Kerala–Karnataka border.
The story follows Leela, a mother whose life changes when her young son starts behaving in strange and frightening ways. After her husband returns to their ancestral home, hidden family secrets connected to rituals and curses begin to surface.
As the situation worsens, Leela discovers that her son’s condition is linked to a dark and supernatural legacy. His behavior becomes violent and unnatural, and strange events begin to haunt their home.
