He is mortally wounded and is drawn to an unearthed tomb for shelter. He finds himself before a statue of the Egyptian moon god Khonshu, where he dies. He slowly revives and is fully healed to become the "moon's knight". He decides to redeem his life by protecting and avenging the innocent. He is granted powers and soon discovers that his powers are both a blessing and a curse. Audiences will see the hero’s multiple personalities and the tough path that he has to follow in order to gain his mystical powers.
