Kauriburir Mandir

Kauriburir Mandir is a Bengali mystery-horror series based on the acclaimed novel by Avik Sarkar. The story follows an investigation sparked by an ancient manuscript that uncovers the forgotten history of the Patargoyya clan, a lost branch of the Deori community. As the protagonists venture into the dense forests of Assam in search of a legendary mystical flower, they are drawn toward the enigmatic Kauriburir Mandir, a secluded temple surrounded by unsettling folklore and supernatural secrets.

What begins as a quest for knowledge gradually transforms into a chilling encounter with occult rituals, buried tribal legends, and forces that refuse to remain in the past. As hidden truths emerge, the characters must confront eerie phenomena, long-held curses, and the temple's terrifying legacy, where myth and reality become dangerously intertwined.
