Kasaragod Embassy is a gritty Malayalam crime thriller set in Kasaragod between 2008 and 2010, focusing on two cousins, Azi and Chemmu, who dream of escaping poverty and building a better life.
Struggling to find legitimate ways out, the cousins begin working for their manipulative uncle Razak Mama, who runs a modest stationery shop that secretly operates as a fake passport and document-forgery racket. What starts as a seemingly harmless shortcut quickly pulls them into a dangerous criminal underworld filled with forged identities, gold smuggling, and ruthless power brokers.
As their desperation grows, Azi and Chemmu become expendable pawns for larger crime syndicates. With the police closing in and loyalties constantly shifting, every decision they make draws them deeper into a web of betrayal, fear, and irreversible consequences.
