Jazz City Web Series

Jazz City is a Bengali historical drama series set in 1971 Calcutta, during the politically volatile period surrounding the Bangladesh Liberation War. At the heart of the story lies a smoky, vibrant jazz club, which becomes much more than a place for music; it transforms into a quiet but powerful meeting ground for resistance, coded conversations, and revolutionary awakening.
The narrative follows characters who navigate shifting identities, espionage, and moral dilemmas, all while the city outside descends into conflict. Music becomes an emotional and political force, symbolizing defiance, cultural pride, and the birth of a nation.
Central to the story is Jimmy, a man who initially avoids confrontation but is gradually drawn into the turmoil as events demand courage and difficult choices.
