BhootTeriki is Hoichoi’s first-ever horror-comedy series, directed by Kaushik Hafizee with Anirban Bhattacharya as the creative director. The story is set in a historic Kolkata mansion where three female ghosts—played by Dipanwita Sarkar, Aishwarya Sen, and Avery Singha Roy, coexist. Each ghost comes from a different era, bringing unique stories of love, loss, and humor.
The plot follows a film crew that arrives to document the untold stories of these spirits. What unfolds is a mix of eerie encounters and comedic moments, revealing that life after death can be just as vibrant and unpredictable as life itself. The series blends mystery, laughter, and supernatural elements, making it a quirky take on ghost tales. It premieres on September 12 on Hoichoi.
