Aami Dakini

Aami Dakini follows the mysterious and chilling tale of Ayaan, a young man who returns to his ancestral haveli (mansion) in rural Bengal, determined to prove that it is not haunted. However, strange occurrences begin to unfold, including a possessed worker who claims, “She has returned and will reclaim her love”.

The story centers around the legend of Dakini, a mystical and possibly malevolent spirit tied to the haveli’s dark past. As Ayaan investigates, he uncovers secrets about his family, especially his mother’s mysterious death, and the haunting presence that seems to be watching them all.

His grandmother Thakuma warns him not to challenge the spirit, recalling a traumatic incident from Ayaan’s childhood. Meanwhile, Meera, a strong-willed woman connected to the haveli’s past, faces societal backlash and supernatural threats as she defends her late mother’s honor.

The show blends myth, folklore, and psychological horror, with themes of love, betrayal, and ancestral curses.
