Vishudha Mejo revolves around a simple and straightforward guy named Mejo. When his childhood friend Jeena returns after her higher studies, Mejo starts developing feelings for her. Mejo is shown as an innocent and straightforward child initially with many shortcomings compared to other kids his age. His mother died of a dog bite when he was still in school, which makes him very quiet and introverted and afraid of dogs. Jeena and Ambros are his only friends. When Jeena goes to Chennai for her higher studies, Mejo starts working in a firm as a video editor. When she comes back to their village after completing her studies, they renew their childhood friendship. Mejo is very shy and has an inferiority complex, however, Jeena helps him overcome his complexes and insecurities. One day Mejo reveals that he has developed deeper feelings for her.
