Maara goes to Naidu to get an ex-serviceman loan so that he can establish his airline, but Naidu refuses. Maara is forced to go on the same airplane with Paresh due to a lack of other options. He proposes that they collaborate to launch a low-cost carrier. Prakash Babu, the CEO of a venture capital firm, overhears Maara's conversation with Paresh and requests that he describe his business concept to the firm's board members.
Irked by his progress, Paresh uses his authority to create legislation requiring Boeing to submit its airline designs in order to fly in Indian airspace. As a result, PlaneAm cancels the lease and demands a penalty charge.
He enters into an agreement with a Turboprop aircraft company. Paresh chooses to take matters into his own hands. Since the major airports are now under Paresh's authority, he intends to begin flight operations from abandoned airstrips. He names his airline Deccan Air and sells tickets at railway stations and gas stations in the hopes of attracting consumers.
As Deccan Air becomes a success, Paresh accepts defeat.
