Shreeman vs. Shreemati is a heartwarming romantic comedy directed by Pathikrit Basu. The film stars Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Mithun Chakraborty, and Madhumita Sarcar. The story follows Justice Amal Chowdhury, a respected judge known for his firm belief in preserving marriages. He has gained fame for never granting divorces to couples seeking separation in his courtroom. When a couple, Sourav and Amrita, approaches him for a divorce, Chowdhury assigns them a unique task of role reversal, which successfully rekindles their relationship. However, Sourav soon discovers that the esteemed judge has ironically been entangled in his own divorce proceedings for the past 27 years, making it the longest-running divorce case in India. Moved by Chowdhury's predicament, Sourav vows to help him reconcile with his estranged wife, Aparna. Together, they come up with a series of amusing and heartfelt plans to win back Aparna's affection.
