Saptadingar Guptodhon Movie (2026)

Saptadingar Guptodhon (The Treasure of the Seven Ships) is the fourth installment in the popular Bengali Guptodhon adventure franchise, directed by Dhrubo Banerjee. The film follows historian and treasure hunter Subarna Sen (Sonada), along with his companions Abir and Jhinuk, as they embark on a perilous quest for the legendary treasure of Raja Pratapaditya. 
The adventure begins when a descendant of a 17th-century Brahmin approaches Sonada with clues connected to a long-lost royal treasure. Hidden within an old diary are secrets that may reveal the location of immense wealth entrusted by the defeated ruler Raja Pratapaditya centuries earlier. Before Sonada can fully investigate, he is abducted by the notorious Dasanan Daw, a recurring adversary who is also determined to uncover the treasure.
The trail leads the heroes deep into the Sundarbans, where they must decipher historical riddles, ancient folklore, and cryptic clues linked to Bengali legends, including stories from the Manasamangal tradition. Racing against both nature and their enemies, the trio encounters hidden communities, dangerous terrain, and centuries-old secrets guarding the treasure's whereabouts.
Combining mystery, history, mythology, and action-adventure, the film explores courage, friendship, and the enduring allure of lost treasures while taking audiences through one of Bengal's most fascinating landscapes.
