1. Amitabh Bachchan suggested that his name should be in the credits after the 3 leading ladies to show the importance of gender equality, which is what the movie is based on. As a result, in the introductory and end credits, the three lead actresses lead the credits before Amitabh Bachchan. Generally, due to the veteran actor's seniority, it would have been him leading the credits.
2. Taapsee Pannu suffered from viral infection during the court scenes and wanted to dub later, however, Shoojit Sircar felt that her illness would add more authenticity to the scenes. So, despite the hardships, Taapsee Pannu filmed the scenes and said she had fun doing so.
3. The looks of Amitabh Bachchan in the movie were created by Shoojit Sircar, however, the idea of wearing the mask was suggested by Amitabh Bachchan since Delhi is very polluted.

5. Amitabh Bachchan and Dhritiman Chatterjee (The Judge) had acted together in a film 11 years before Pink, which was also a film that had just one color as its title; Black. 6. The shooting of the film began in New Delhi on International Women's Day, 2016.
7. The film was specially screened for the Rajasthan Police to train them to be sensitive and sensible about women's rights and dignity. The film was also specially screened at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
8. Taapsee Pannu often broke down during shooting, as she felt her character was very strong and challenging.
9. A special screening of the film was held for Amitabh Bachchan's co-stars and the leading ladies of Bollywood.

11. The film was initially rumored to be titled, Eve. Amitabh Bachchan, however, denied the rumors and announced through Twitter that the film is titled Pink.
