In order to reach Krishnamurthy, he targets his daughter Divyanka (Rakul Preet Singh). He goes to any length to court her, even saving her from being kidnapped and spending every last penny of their family's savings to buy her a 25 crore artwork. At Divya's birthday party, he finally meets Krishnamurthy, but Krishnamurthy is aware of Abhiram's plans.
Divya discovers Abhiram's intentions and breaks up with him. Abhiram reclaims Divya's love and convinces her to see her mother (Madhoo) in jail who was in jail because Krishnamurthy framed her for drug trafficking. Divya grows to despise her father.
Meanwhile, it was discovered that the artwork given to Krishnamurthy had a camera, and that Abhiram was also aware of Krishnamurthy's objectives. He discovers Krishnamurthy's bank account number and gains access to it, moving 35,000 crores to his family account.
Krishnamurthy suffers the same fate as Ramesh Chandra Prasad and flees, changing his name to Subramanyam. Divya and her mother go home with Abhiram's family.
