Dear Kin, is a project opening at the Anchorage Museum in Anchorage, Alaska, on Oct. 4, 2022. The people featured in Dear Kin are working within their own communities and beyond. The story recognizes the strength it takes, especially in small communities, to be out as a queer person. The group of people who have expressed themselves are incredible—they are artists, musicians and teachers. The people featured in the story are inspiring and give courage to people who want to come out.
