The Oura Ring 4 is offered as a compact health tracker that can monitor over 50 metrics, including your sleep quality, recovery, daily activity and more. It features a lightweight titanium body and uses advanced sensors and algorithms to deliver personalised insights via its companion app. The device adapts to individual differences such as skin tone and finger shape for better accuracy.
The device claims to offer a battery life of up to 8 days, depending on ring size. It is also water-resistant for up to 100 meters. You select the device in over 12 sizes and six different colour options, including Silver, Black, Stealth, Brushed Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold.
The Oura Ring 4 is priced at Rs 28,900 for standard variants, while premium finishes go up to Rs 39,900. Customers can get the device via both online and offline channels, as mentioned above. The company is also offering a monthly membership priced at Rs 599 that will unlock detailed insights and features.
Along with the launch, the company also introduced India: The State of Sleep 2026 report, where it claimed that Indian users sleep for over six and a half hours per night, lower than the recommended 7-9 hours. The findings also suggest reduced REM and deep sleep levels, which can impact the cognitive and emotional health of an individual. The report mentioned late-night routines, early wake-up times and always-on digital lifestyles as key reasons for it.
