Sony has brought the Bravia 3 II to India as part of its 2026 TV lineup. The new series is positioned as a step-up offering above the Bravia 2 II, bringing several higher-end Sony TV features like XR Processor, 4K 120Hz support, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos and HDMI 2.1 gaming capabilities. It carries a starting price close to a lakh in the introductory period. So, this acts as a bridge between its mainstream offerings and the premium Mini LED lineup.
Sony Bravia 3 II will be available through Sony retail stores, ShopatSC, leading electronics retailers and e-commerce platforms starting May 2026. While the 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch models will start retailing this month, the 85-inch model will hit the stores in August only.
| Screen size | MRP | Best Buy Price |
|---|---|---|
| 55-inch | Rs 1,59,900 | Rs 99,990 |
| 65-inch | Rs 1,99,900 | Rs 1,24,990 |
| 75-inch | Rs 2,89,900 | Rs 1,79,990 |
| 85-inch | Rs 5,19,900 | Rs 3,05,990 |
Sony has also confirmed that a 100-inch variant is expected between July and August 2026.

The big screen options aside, what’s notable is that the Sony Bravia 3 II features a native 4K 120Hz Direct LED panel with support for HDMI 2.1 gaming features like VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode). In compatible gaming devices, you can play 4K 120fps gameplay.
All four HDMI ports support HDMI 2.1 with full gaming support. This means you can simultaneously connect devices such as a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, gaming PC and eARC soundbar without constantly switching cables.
Under the hood, the Bravia 3 II runs on Sony’s XR Processor, which previously remained limited to the company’s higher-end televisions. This can focus on scene-by-scene optimisation to improve depth perception, contrast and colour reproduction.
The TV also includes visual enhancements like XR Triluminos Pro, Motionflow XR and XR Clear Image technologies. XR Triluminos Pro is designed to improve colour accuracy and wider colour volume, while XR Clear Image uses AI-based upscaling and noise reduction to improve lower-resolution streaming content. This could particularly benefit users watching compressed OTT streams or older Full HD content.
For HDR playback, the Bravia 3 II supports Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG.
For audio, Sony underlines features such as Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and Sony’s X-Balanced speaker system. The company claims the speaker design helps reduce distortion while improving dialogue clarity and sound resolution.
The television boots Google TV and supports Google Assistant, Apple AirPlay 2, Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa-enabled devices. Sony has also confirmed Google Gemini AI support through a future OTA update for all 2026 Bravia models.
Connectivity features in the mix are Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, USB ports, LAN connectivity and eARC support for advanced audio systems.
So, with the Bravia 3 II, you can access the company’s advanced picture processing technologies, 4K 120Hz and HDMI 2.1 benefits. The Google Gemini AI update could also add to the overall experience when it arrives. Well, the TV looks like a promising upgrade on paper. We will be looking forward to reviewing it and testing things like HDR performance and these new features.
