Right ahead of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 series launch, the details about the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE started to surface online. A tipster has revealed key details about the alleged Galaxy S26 FE, including its expected India pricing, hardware specifications and launch window. If the leaks are true, the device will get an improved AMOLED display and several flagship-grade features while retaining the company’s long-term software update promise. Samsung Galaxy S26 FE India launch timeline
According to the tweet by X account named Superman18d, Samsung may introduce the Galaxy S26 FE between August and September 2026. For the unversed, the company introduced the Galaxy S25 FE and other fan editions in the similar timeline. Along with this, the post also stated that the device may get two storage variants.
The Galaxy S26 FE is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is also expected to support HDR10+ and be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
Under the hood, the smartphone may be powered by Samsung’s 3nm Exynos 2500 processor paired with the Xclipse 950 GPU, LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The device is also said to include a vapour chamber cooling system. The device is also said to offer a 4,900mAh battery with 45W wired charging, Qi2 wireless charging, Android 17-based One UI 9, IP68 water and dust resistance, Samsung DeX support, stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint scanner and seven years of Android OS updates.
For photography, the Galaxy S26 FE could offer a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. A 12MP front-facing camera is also expected, along with support for 4K video recording at 60fps.
The leak suggests the Galaxy S26 FE may start at Rs 59,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 8GB + 512GB model may be priced at Rs 67,999.
