OnePlus Nord 6 with 9000mah battery to launch in India on April 7
OnePlus is gearing up to refresh its budget lineup with the upcoming Nord 6. Despite the recent shutdown rumours, the buzz around the smartphone is unreal. The upcoming device is anticipated to come equipped with a large screen and bigger battery. Along with that, the device is also said to house a dual camera setup at the rear end. OnePlus has also recently confirmed the launch date for the Nord 6. Here is everything that is known so far about the upcoming OnePlus Nord 6 and what it has to offer to its customers this year.
OnePlus recently confirmed that its next device, the OnePlus Nord 6, would make its debut in the Indian markets on April 7. The company confirmed this on its official website.

While the company confirmed the launch date, the prices for the device still remain under wraps. However, the leaks and rumours suggest that OnePlus Nord 6 may get launched with a price tag close to Rs 34,999. These are not official prices and may vary at the time of launch depending on the offers.
OnePlus Nord 6 is rumoured to launch with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, which is said to be built on a 4nm chipset. Along with that, the device may run on OxygenOS 16, which is a skin based on Android 16. The handset may come packed with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage.
In terms of display, the smartphone may house a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with up to a 165Hz refresh rate. According to the leaks, the device can reach a peak brightness of 3,600 nits when used under bright light. The display of the device is said to be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

The OnePlus Nord 6 is also anticipated to house a massive 9,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging and 27W reverse-wired charging. Furthermore, it may also bag IP68 or IP69K certifications, ensuring that the device is dust- and water-resistant.
In the camera department the smartphone may feature a dual setup at the back, including a 50MP primary Sony sensor with a 2MP monochrome camera. At the front it may come with a 16MP selfie shooter.
