The OnePlus 16 is rumoured to feature a 1.5K OLED from BOE. The panel is said to be the BOE X5 and will reportedly support a refresh rate of up to 240Hz. The display is expected to be flat. Under the hood, the OnePlus 16 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro processor. The device is also tipped to use LPDDR6 RAM along with UFS 4.1 internal storage.
Battery life could be one of the biggest highlights of the OnePlus 16 smartphone. The leak suggests a massive 9,000mAh battery, which would be a big jump compared to earlier OnePlus phones. It could support 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
For photography, the OnePlus 16 is expected to house a 200MP ISOCELL HP5 main sensor and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. A new ultrawide camera is also expected, although details about it are still unknown.
