Lava is gearing up to launch the Lava Yuva 5G smartphone in India soon. The company has been sharing teasers of the upcoming handset on X (formerly known as Twitter). It’s worth noting the Lava Yuva 5G will be the first 5G-enabled phone in the Yuva series.

Lava Yuva 5G: Confirmed details

The Lava Yuva 5G is scheduled to launch in India on May 30th at noon. This smartphone will feature a glass back with matte finish. There will be a circular camera module on the back. 

The Lava Yuva 5G will house a dual-rear camera setup, which will include a 50MP primary camera and an LED flash. The camera setup also has “AI” branded on it, hinting at the AI-powered features for photos and videos.

The upcoming Yuva-series phone is confirmed to sport a punch-hole display. 

The Lava Yuva 5G will be available in two colour options: Green and Blue.

Lava Yuva 5G: Expected Specs

The Lava Yuva 5G is expected to run on Android 14 out-of-the-box. It will likely come in 6GB and 8GB RAM variants.

The Lava Yuva 5G is expected to be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 or the Dimensity 6080 processor.

For selfies, the Yuva 5G handset could house a 16MP front camera.

As far as the price is concerned, there is speculation that the Lava Yuva 5G could be priced under ₹10,000 in India.
