Apple is reportedly making a new iPhone to celebrate the device’s 20th anniversary. The company hasn’t officially announced anything yet. But according to a recent leak, the anniversary iPhone might come with a full edge-to-edge screen, a thinner build, and a new Dynamic Bubble interface could replace the current Dynamic Island. Not only that, but the device is also anticipated to introduce the new PalmID feature. Previously the handset was also reported to land with a massive 7-inch display and A21 Pro chipset. According to tipster Majin, the Apple iPhone 20 anniversary edition could feature a refreshed design with an edge-to-edge display and a slimmer profile. The leaked concept images also hint that the smartphone could land with a dynamic bubble interface replacing the dynamic island which is currently shipped with the iPhones. Aside from that, the leak also claims that the device may house PalmID, which is said to introduce a new way of unlocking the device through palm recognition.

The leak also suggests that the Apple iPhone 20 may come in four colours: black, gold, light blue, and dark red.

A report previously claimed that the anniversary edition iPhone 20 may feature a 7-inch display which, if true, will be the largest display ever offered on an iPhone. Under the hood, the smartphone is said to run on Apple’s upcoming A21 Pro chipset coupled with 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
Other than that, it’s also rumoured that the smartphone may also come equipped with a 6,000mAh silicon-anode battery which will be supported by 40W wired charging, 25W MagSafe charging and Qi2 wireless charging. In terms of optics, the smartphone may come with a triple camera setup at the back whose specifications are currently unknown.

While Apple has been tight-lipped about the upcoming iPhone 20th anniversary edition, the reports suggest that it could land in the Indian and global markets in 2027. Rumours also claim that it could be priced around Rs 1,89,900.
