Philips Home Appliances has launched the OneChef smart cooking appliance in India. It is an all-in-one solution with 33 preset cooking functions, including air frying, steaming, etc. The product was unveiled in Mumbai at a ‘Chef’s Tasting Table’ event hosted by Indian celebrity chef Ranveer Brar. It is aimed at urban households which want a compact alternative to owning separate appliances, which cause kitchen clutter and effort.
The Philips OneChef is priced at Rs 19,995 in India. It will be available starting March 19 via major retail and online platforms, including Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Amazon, and Flipkart.

The Philips OneChef integrates 33 preset cooking functions into a single appliance. These include commonly used methods such as air frying, stir frying, steaming, and boiling, covering a wide range of Indian and global recipes. A device like this could come in handy in a situation when there is an LPG crunch.
At the core of OneChef is Philips’ AmbiHeat technology, which uses sensors to monitor and adjust temperature dynamically during cooking. So, you may not need to manually intervene, especially for dishes that require consistent heat control across stages, such as curries or slow-cooked meals.
You also get guided cooking programmes, which can help you follow step-by-step processes for specific recipes.
Well, that’s one more option among all the other all-in-one cooking applications from Wonderchef, Upliance, and others. Users have to choose between such solutions and specialised appliances with stronger performance in one area.
