One UI 7 release timeline: Here’s when Galaxy S23 series and Galaxy S24 series may get Android 15 update

Samsung has officially launched the One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S25 series at the Unpacked 2025. The new Android 15 update introduces a slew of AI features including the Now Bar on the lock screen, security features, and pro-level editing features. While the Galaxy S25 series comes with a built-in One UI 7 update, the question of when it will be available for other devices still arises.

According to the reports, the Android 15-based One UI 7 update will be rolling out to other devices in the first quarter of this year. The rollout is expected to start with the Galaxy S24 series with the potential release in February. After that, it will be gradually rolling out to other Galaxy devices including the Galaxy S23 series in the coming weeks.

For the unversed, the One UI 7 beta is already available for the Galaxy S24 series in the US, UK, Germany, Poland, Korea, and India. However, the exact rollout timeline of One UI 7 still remains unknown and we will have to wait for a few more weeks to get detailed information.

  5. Galaxy F Series: Galaxy F55, F54, F34, F15.
  6. Galaxy Tab Series: Galaxy Tab S9, S9+, Ultra, FE, FE+, Tab S8, S8+, Ultra, Tab A9, A9+, Tab S6 Lite (2024).
