Inspan Infotech has announced the availability of the Corsair HX1050 high-performance heavy-duty 1050W power supply in India, priced at Rs. 14,900 (MRP) with a 7-year warranty. The Corsair HX1050 PSU apparently exceeds the requirement for 80 PLUS Silver certification standards, providing up to 88% energy efficiency with its advanced DC-to-DC circuitry.
Part of Corsair’s Professional Series, and built for high-end gaming setups and workstations, the Corsair HX1050 has also been tested at high ambient temperatures, of up to 50 degrees Celsius. Other features of the Corsair HX1050 PSU industrial grade electrical components for clean and reliable voltages, a dedicated 87.5 Amp single 12V rail, and a MTBF of 100,000 hours.

The Corsair HX1050 has dimensions of 150mm (W) x 86mm (H) x 180mm (L), allowing it to fit into most ATX cases. It comes with an ATX Connector, 2 EPS Connectors, 6 PCI-E Connectors, 12; 4 Pin Peripheral Connector, 12 SATA Connector and 2 Floppy Connectors. The active Power Factor Correction (PFC) of the HX1050 is 0.99 (with PF value). It supports ATX12V 2.2 and EPS12V 2.91 standards. The HX1050 is backwards compatible with ATX12V 2.01 and has auto-switching circuitry for universal AC input from 90-264V.
