Canva, one of the most popular design platforms, is currently facing an outage, leaving users frustrated. According to DownDetector, an online outage monitoring site, over 400 reports have already come in, and this number is expected to rise.
Users are primarily reporting issues with uploading images and files, which is making it difficult to complete designs and projects. The outage seems to be affecting users globally, and many have turned to X (formerly Twitter) to share their frustrations and look for updates.
We at Digit also checked the platform and experienced the same issue — uploads seem to get stuck or fail entirely. As Canva is a go-to tool for creators, businesses, and students, any disruption like this can cause workflow delays.
Canva acknowledged the issue on X and said that the company is trying to resolve it. “We hear you! Our engineers are working to resolve the issue and we will make sure to keep you informed. You can visit http://canvastatus.com for updates. Send us a DM for more concerns. Thank you for your patience and understanding,” the platform wrote.
