Apple is all set to open its first retail store in Noida on December 11 at DLF Mall of India. This will be Apple’s fifth official store in India and the second in the Delhi-NCR region, following the launch of the Saket outlet earlier this year. With this new opening, Apple continues to strengthen its physical presence in the country. Ahead of the store opening, sublease documents accessed by CRE Matrix has revealed key details about the store area and how much rent the tech giant will pay. According to the documents, Apple has taken a total of 8,240 square feet of space on DLF Mall of India’s ground floor. The area is made up of six connected units that will together form the new store. The lease agreement for the Noida store reportedly runs for 11 years. A notable detail is that Apple will not have to pay any rent during the first year of the lease. Starting from the second year, the rent will be charged at a rate of Rs 263.15 per square foot. This means that Apple will pay around Rs 45.3 lakh per month, which is roughly Rs 5.4 crore annually.

Over the full 11-year period, Apple is expected to spend nearly Rs 65 crore on rent, not counting potential increases. The agreement also reportedly includes a 15 percent rent hike every three years.

The Apple Noida store is located at the ground floor of DLF Mall of India. Here’s the exact address: D123-D128, DLF Mall of India, Sector 18, Noida. The store will officially open to customers at 1 PM on December 11.
The Noida store will offer the same Apple Store experience found in other major cities around the world. This includes hands-on product areas for devices like the latest iPhone 17 series, creative sessions for customers, and in-person support from trained Specialists, Creatives, and Geniuses. There will also be teams dedicated to helping business customers.
