PUBG Mobile beta now receiving version 0.13.4 update.

Here's what to expect from the new version of the battle royale title.

While the creators of the online battle royale multiplayer game PUBG made their PUBG Lite Beta version for PC available in India, the developers of the mobile version are also hard at work. PUBG Mobile is being updated to version 0.13.4 in beta and the new update is pretty big, almost 2GB (1982MB to be precise) in size. Those who have registered for the beta and have it installed on their devices should be receiving the download internally now. While the official patch notes are yet to be out, here’s what we might get to see in the updated title. Do note that we have reached out to the game developers to find out what’s new in the latest beta update.

PUBG mobile developers usually introduce new features to the Lightspeed version (Chinese version) of the title first and then port them to the global version. First off, the new Season 8 Royale Pass can be expected to be made available with the new update when it rolls out for everyone. This is expected to happen between July 15 and 17 since the currently ongoing Season 7 ends on July 14. In addition, the M249 LMG that spawns in the warehouse of team deathmatch could be replaced by the RPG-7 rocket launcher, which is currently available only in zombie mode.

There is also a possibility that the game developers will roll out Erangel 2.0 map overhaul. The revamped map was recently introduced for the title’s PC version where the overall textures were updated and multiple new changes were introduced. While there are no reports on this, there’s certainly a chance since the update is almost 2GB in size. As mentioned earlier, we have reached out to PUBG Mobile developers to get more info on what new changes the latest beta update brings. You should hear from us soon on this matter.
