Power Color unveils ATI Radeon HD 5770 – Eyefinity 5 – the multi-monitor bandwagon continues…

Updated on 21-Mar-2010
Good news for all the budget conscious AMD fans looking for an opportunity to buy a mid-performance video card with multi-display support. Power Color has sprung a surprise package in the form of Radeon HD 5770 Eyefinity 5 (supports up to 5 monitors) – a meeker sibling to HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 edition in features (one less display-out port), but beating the HD 5870 in value for money.
It is not yet confirmed if the card could run a 3D game in a split screen format across all 5 screens – a dynamic view of the real-time action. The details like pricing, availability, dongles and specifications are presently concealed in the dark but may be revealed at short notice.
