BGMI is all set to offer a darker and more mysterious look with its upcoming update. Krafton India has recently confirmed when the BGMI 4.6 will roll out. Not only that, but the company has also given a preview of what the gamers can expect with the upcoming update. The new mode will change the feel of Erangel with darker surroundings, supernatural creatures, new locations and special items. Players will also get new abilities and ways to move around the map as they take on creatures and explore themed areas. The update will also bring back the Ocean Odyssey theme mode later this month. Krafton India has recently confirmed that BGMI 4.6 will roll out on September 16. With the new update, the users will get a Midnight Hunters mode, which will remain available until November 16, 2026.
The game makers also confirmed that the user will get to see the existing Erangel layout, but several areas will receive a new supernatural look. Moreover, the players can also expect Vampire Takeover points at Rozhok, Mylta, Quarry and Gatka.

With the all-new Midnight Hunters update, the gamers will get to see Bloodwalkers, Nightbats and the Vampire Elder in the game. A new Nightkeeper character will also be found at the Hunter Guild in Stalber and Sosnovka Military Base. Moreover, these areas will also include features such as a shooting range, clock tower and Scream Crates.
Players will also get special items, including the Hunter Bandage for faster recovery, Silvermoon Chain for fighting creatures and Twilight Bat Wings, which allow players to fly and travel in a new way.
Alongside Midnight Hunters, Ocean Odyssey will return to Erangel on September 30. The underwater-themed mode will be available at the same time as Midnight Hunters.
