The spy thriller The Family Man made a powerful return with its third season in November 2025, and it didn’t take long for the show to grab the attention of fans again. Packed with action, emotional scenes, and plenty of unexpected twists, the latest season managed to keep viewers engaged till the very end. One of the biggest highlights of the new season was the addition of fresh faces to the cast. Actors Jaideep Ahlawat and Nimrat Kaur joined the series. At the same time, Manoj Bajpayee returned to play the much-loved character of Srikant Tiwari.
However, fans noticed that Srikant’s character felt quite different this time. In the earlier seasons, he was shown as a confident and highly skilled intelligence officer who could handle even the toughest situations. But in season 3, the story took a different approach.

The ending of season 3 left fans with several unanswered questions. The final episode ended on a cliffhanger, which created curiosity about what could happen next in Srikant’s story. During an interactive session with fans on X (formerly Twitter), Manoj Bajpayee was asked about the ending of the latest season. Responding to the question, he hinted that the story is far from over, saying ‘Sabka jawab 4th season me hoga! Jaldi milte ha!’ His reply suggested that the creators are planning to continue the series with a fourth season.

When could The Family Man season 4 release?
Even though season 4 appears to be in the works, fans may have to wait some time before it arrives. According to a report by Filmibeat, the next season is unlikely to release anytime soon. The report claims that the upcoming season could take at least one to two years before it finally reaches viewers. The new season of the show is expected to premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
