The makers have released only the first four episodes of Stranger Things season 5 so far, which are filled with emotional moments and unexpected twists.
One of the biggest reveals was that Max is alive. However, she is still not safe, as her mind remains trapped inside Vecna’s dark world. Another major twist comes when Eleven and Hopper discover a hidden base deep inside the Upside Down. This secret location led them to Eleven’s long-lost sister, 008. Her return hints that she may play an important role in the final battle against Vecna. Meanwhile, Will got to know that he can connect to Vecna’s hive mind and control Demogorgons. This strange ability makes Will a key player, as he becomes the bridge between the real world and the Upside Down.

Stranger Things season 5 volume 2 will premiere on Netflix on December 26, 2025. Indian viewers can start watching the new set of episodes from 6:30 AM IST. This part will include three episodes.

The eighth and final episode of the series will be released on January 1, 2026, at 6:30 AM IST in India. This episode will mark the end of the Stranger Things story.
