Special Ops is coming back with its second season this week. The popular spy thriller, which made its debut in 2020, is all set to continue the story of RAW agent Himmat Singh. The first season was widely praised for its gripping storyline and Kay Kay Menon’s powerful performance. Later, the makers released a spin-off, Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Story, giving fans a deeper look into Himmat’s journey.

The second season of Special Ops will be released on July 11, 2025. The new season will be available to stream exclusively on JioHotstar.

This time, the story shifts to a modern and more dangerous battlefield- cyber-terrorism. With artificial intelligence growing fast and India leading in digital payment systems like UPI, the country faces a major cyber threat. In this tense setup, Himmat Singh must track down an invisible enemy hiding in the digital world. He will team up once again with his trusted squad. Expect more intense moments, unexpected twists and a fight where no one is truly safe.

Kay Kay Menon will return as the smart and fearless Himmat Singh. He’ll be joined by familiar faces from the first season, including Karan Tacker, Vinay Pathak, Muzammil Ibrahim, Saiyami Kher and Meher Vij. The second season will also bring in new characters, with Tahir Raj Bhasin and Prakash Raj joining the cast.
