A new relationship drama called Pookie will soon release on an OTT platform. The show mixes humour, confusion, and emotional moments that many young couples can relate to. The story is about a couple who still love each other, but their relationship has started to feel stressful and suffocating. Because of these misunderstandings and constant arguments, they gradually start to dislike each other and start thinking of a breakup. However, it is not an easy decision because, even though they are having a hard time, their feelings for each other are still complex and unresolved. Pookie is a reflection of modern relationships wherein people are already in love but still unsure about their relationship. This is portrayed by the drama in a light, relatable, and interesting manner.

Pookie: Storyline
Pookie is a story of a couple which is stuck in a confusing phase of their relationship. The boy is the first to feel that they should end the relationship, but he finds it hard to say it. When he finally gets the courage to tell the girl, she surprises him by saying she has been thinking the same thing. Instead of anger or conflict, she supports his decision.
However, the moment he says it, he realises that leaving her might not be what he truly wants. This leads to an emotional journey where they try to reconnect and understand their feelings again. Even as they attempt reconciliation, the thought of breaking up still lingers in their minds.

The film stars Vijay Antony and Ajay Dhishan in the lead roles. The supporting cast includes Sunil, Vivek Prasanna, Pandiarajan, R. K. Dhanusha and Shiyara. The film is directed by Ganesh Chandhrra and written by Puthiya Parithi. It has been produced by Fatima Vijay Antony under the banner of Vijay Antony Film Corporation.
