Comedy films are slowly making their way back to Bollywood after a long period dominated by action-packed and suspense thrillers. One of the latest films to join this trend is Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, starring Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead role. The makers of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do have not officially revealed when the film will begin streaming online. However, reports suggest that the movie is likely to arrive on Netflix after completing its theatrical run. If reports are accurate, the comedy-drama could make its OTT debut sometime between late June and mid-July 2026.

Set in the city of Prayagraj, the film revolves around Prajapati Pandey, played by Ayushmann Khurrana. He works as a forest officer and enjoys a peaceful life with his wife Aparna, an investigative journalist portrayed by Wamiqa Gabbi.
Things take an unexpected turn when Prajapati reconnects with his former classmate Chanchal Kumari, played by Sara Ali Khan. Chanchal seeks his help while trying to escape from a powerful politician, Gajraj Tiwari, played by Tigmanshu Dhulia.
Wanting to protect her, Prajapati secretly shelters Chanchal and begins planning a way to send her to Canada. However, hiding such a big secret from his wife creates confusion and misunderstandings. To make matters even more complicated, his close friendship with his colleague Nilofer, played by Rakul Preet Singh, leads to a series of humorous and dramatic situations.
