One Piece season 2 release timeline, platform, cast and other details we know

After the massive success of Netflix’s live-action One Piece in 2023, fans have been eagerly waiting for the return of Monkey D. Luffy and his crew. The first season won hearts across the globe, receiving over 37.8 million views in just two weeks. It was loved by long-time fans of the original anime and manga, as well as newcomers discovering the One Piece world for the first time.

One Piece season 2 release timeline and platform

Netflix has confirmed that One Piece season 2 will arrive in 2026. Like the first season, it will be available to watch only on Netflix.

One Piece season 2 plot

Season 2 will pick up from where season 1 ended. Luffy and his crew will continue their adventure as they head toward the Grand Line. Along the way, they will explore new places like Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden and Drum Island. One of the major characters joining the story is Dr Kureha, who will play an important role.
