Netflix’s live-action One Piece surprised many viewers when it premiered in 2023. Before its release, longtime fans of Eiichiro Oda’s famous manga were worried. The story’s imaginative world, strange powers, and characters seemed hard to bring to life with real actors. Still, season 1 managed to win people over. With impressive sets and performances that respected the heart of the manga, the show proved that One Piece could work in live action. It quickly became one of Netflix’s biggest hits and introduced many new fans to Luffy’s adventure.
After the successful first season, fans have been eagerly waiting for One Piece season 2. Here’s everything we know so far about the next chapter of One Piece.
Netflix has officially confirmed that One Piece season 2 will premiere on March 10, 2026. Just like season 1, all episodes will be available only on Netflix.

Season 2 will raise the stakes for Luffy and his crew. The Straw Hats will head closer to the legendary Grand Line. Netflix has teased that the new season will include “fiercer adversaries and the most perilous quests yet.” The official description says:
“Luffy and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line — a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn. As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasure, they’ll encounter bizarre islands and a host of formidable new enemies.”
